Our comprehensive custom home process covers everything from start to finish: it begins with an initial consultation and design phase—where we refine your vision, finalize floor plans, and secure permits—then moves into site preparation and foundation work. Next comes framing and building the home’s exterior “envelope,” followed by installing mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and insulation. Once the shell and systems are in place, we proceed with interior and exterior finishes—flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint, siding, roofing, landscaping, and more. Finally, we conduct thorough inspections, a detailed walkthrough with you, and any necessary touch-ups before handing over the keys to your new home.
